• Our embroidery digitizing team is one of the most skilled in Europe with more than 15 years experience in the embroidery industry.
• We make mainly custom digitizing for a lot of customers all over the world.
• We use special software wich permits digitizing of sequins, cording, coiling, chenile, tufting, quilting and other fashion designs.
• Confidence: We don't include customer designs in our embroidery deign stock collection!

• Quality is guaranteed by customer approval
• Small corection free of charge
• For one design in 2 sizes only one is charged if difference in sizes are less than 50%.

How we work?

Order

• Send an e-mail with attached image to: punch@komtekct.com
• We accept images in: JPG, TIF, PDF, CDR (converted to curves) or other popular bitmap or vector format.
• Specify the name of the design.
• Specify the material for embroidering.
• Specify the real design size (Width x Height).
• Specify the number of colors and aplique areas.
• Specify start/end point if differ from center point.
• Specify machine format. We use Tajima, Melco, Barudan, Komtekct, PES and other popular industrial and home formats. E-mail delivery of Non-DOS formats (ZSK, FDR, ets.) is also possible.
• Specify delivery time.

Start

• We will digitize 1-st 2 designs with 30% discount.

Estimation

• Send an e-mail with subject "Estimation" and attached image to: punch@komtekct.com and will inform you fo the aproximate stitch numbers.

Payment

• Bank transfer.
• Monthly paymnets for corporate and regular customers!
• In the beggining of each month you are receiving detailed balance for the previous month.
• We need initial deposit of 500 EUR to start with monthly payments.
• You will be prompted if your deposit is empty.
• Expect PayPal payment soon!

Delivery

• E-mail delivery for all populat formats DST (Tajima), Melco or customer specified, including non-DOS formats ZSK, Barudan, CEM etc.
